Inspired by our experiences in the restaurant, in the kitchen, our meetings and walks in Italy and abroad and the deep connection with nature that unites the entire team, the desire to propose a project that combines well-being, conviviality and valorization of the territory arises, all guided by a strong love for traditions, authentic flavors and local culture, which we intend to preserve and reinterpret in a contemporary key.

Manager and lover of cuisine with years of experience in the world of catering and hospitality. Over the years, she has combined passion, expertise, and love for the area, creating an environment where every guest can feel welcomed and pampered.
Trainee worker in the wellness sector with experience in hospitality and communication. His dream is to create a space where people can stop, breathe, and reconnect. A place that combines the conviviality of a bar/restaurant with the calm and authentic energy of the nature that surrounds it.
Educator, coming from Brittany, with experience in the field of social inclusion and pedagogy. A nature lover, history buff, and admirer of Alpine cultures, he ensures that all customers feel welcome.
